Abstract & Scope
Problem. Cross-domain measurement lacks a shared language. A physicist says “coherence loss,” a clinician says “decompensation,” a financier says “volatility” — structurally identical phenomena locked behind incompatible vocabularies. Existing frameworks cannot translate between domains without importing agent-dependent assumptions, because they have no formal grammar constraining how claims are made, checked, and compared.
Solution. The Unified Language of Recursive Collapse (ULRC): a formal grammar derived entirely from a single axiom. The language comprises a twelve-term Latin lexicon whose morphology carries operational meaning; seven imperative verbs composing a validation pipeline; eight typed grammatical patterns where case declension is the type system; a five-stop discourse spine; a five-word prose vocabulary translatable across six disciplinary lenses; and twenty governing maxims with enforcement consequences.
Evidence. 23 domain closures (20,540 tests, zero failures) demonstrate that the ULRC functions as a cognitive equalizer — same data, same contract, same verdict, regardless of agent.

Morphological Precision
The Latin carries constraints that English paraphrase loses. Each word’s morphology encodes a constraint that the computational system enforces:

Octo Typi Grammatici
Grammatica est typus; declinatio est signum operationis. — Latin grammatical structure encodes computational type. The case system, mood system, and clause structure of Latin map directly to operation categories. Eight patterns, each with a fixed grammatical form and a type signature.
The eight patterns are not metaphor. Latin case declension was already a type system. The ULRC makes this isomorphism explicit.

Rosetta Invariance
Proposition. If two domains D1, D2 share the same contract and the same kernel computation, then the Rosetta translation between their lens-specific descriptions preserves all five words’ operational meaning and the ledger reconciles identically.
Integrity is never asserted in the Rosetta — it is read holistically from the reconciled ledger and stance. The prose maps through the Rosetta; I = eκ provides unitless multiplicative comparability across seams. This is what makes cross-domain synthesis mechanical rather than metaphorical.
Authors write in prose; auditors rely on the same Contract, Closures, and Ledger to keep meanings stable across lenses. The Rosetta translates the dialect; the Ledger guarantees the meaning.

Completed Semiosis
Peirce’s unlimited semiosis says every interpretant becomes a new sign, requiring a further interpretant — an infinite chain with no terminal ground.
