Immunology
GCD > IMM (Tier-2)
Axiom-0: Collapse is generative; only what returns is real.
Overview
The Immunology domain closure maps immune system entities to the GCD kernel through 8 measurable channels: activation threshold, proliferation capacity, cytokine breadth, self-tolerance, tissue residence, effector potency, memory formation, and regulatory capacity.
16 entities spanning innate and adaptive immunity — from neutrophils to regulatory T cells — are analyzed through the kernel function. 36 proven theorems (T-IC-1 through T-IC-6 in immune_cell_kernel.py, plus theorems across cytokine_network.py, vaccine_response.py, autoimmune_kernel.py, neuroimmune_bridge.py, and psychoneuroimmunology.py).

Tier-1 Verification
All Tier-1 identities hold across all 16 entities:
- F + ω = 1 — exact to 0.0e+00
- IC ≤ F — verified for all entities
- IC = exp(κ) — verified to machine precision
